Yes you should still keep your wholesaling business going, just adapt to the environment and follow all the health guidance.

Healthcare workers need homes, seniors are moving out of multiple family environments, displaces expats and numerous other reasons.

I do not believe there will be any foreclosures for missed payments during this crisis but even if I was wrong, you will not be foreclosed on in this environment for missing 1 or 2 payments.

Even if I am not correct, no one will be foreclosing for a month or two of missed mortgage in this environment. 

However in this environment you may wish to not be present and instead talk to the inspector on the phone before and after the inspection.I think it would be too logistically challenging to ask the inspector to Facetime you while doing the inspection, but you could ask them, if that really appeals to you.Be prepared that some or even all of the tenants may not let the inspector into their units.In that case, if I were you I'd probably guesstimate at least 10K repairs per unit and discount the price accordingly.

It’s a little difficult right now do to the current environment but can be done.

This is even more true in this new environment that we're entering.

I think this event will make people more responsible (savings/rainy day funds will be taken seriously) and healthier (people will actually wash their hands and stay away from people who show symptoms of a cold or flu).
