Do your DILIGENCE and use their "urgency" as a negotiating lever- If the seller requests to move-out after the closing date, be sure to hold half of their profits with the closing attorney to ensure they move out on the agreed upon date- Visit the home frequently.

You can inteview, but most people are going to tell you to go get your license I expect.Huge difference in residential and commercial.....probably smaller but more frequent payouts in residential....commercial you may be involved in much bigger deals....but they often take longer....could be you work on a deal for 2-3 years and get paid, or it falls apart...so you have to be prepared for that.
