This sounds like it could be right up your alley.My advice to you is to start listening to the podcasts (the Syrios Brothers podcast Episode 121 is especially inspiring because it sounds like they do what you are looking into.)Poke around the blog and read everything you can.

It is cash flow positive but not in a huge way, but it has inspired me to continue to invest.  

But, for me, it's also inspiring to hear more about people's first deals and how long it took them to scale to a larger portfolio.

meaning you have to look in all the areas others are not looking, these opportunities are everywherethey are in every state every town everywhere but you have to lookbe creative, ask a lot of people a lot of questions, look at a lot of propertiesI found a foreclosure nobody could find the tittle for 70 k 5bed 3bath with arcadia area   appraisal once remodeled 265kgreat work and thank you for the inspiration!

Your success was inspiring- hoping to do the same (in my own market). 

So I was thinking it could be cool for those of you who have built up enough monthly income to quit that 9-5 to post your story as inspiration and validation that as long as they keep working towards their goal, that it is possible!

Which doesn't really inspire those of us who work and invest here to want to help.
