When I started 8 years ago people said 'you can't do that, the r/e mkt is terrible, nobody is buying houses!'

When I moved to the Austin area people said 'you can't buy houses like that HERE!'

Most recently people say 'there's no good r/e deals anymore, the mkt is just TOO strong, you can't buy houses like that ANYMORE!'

I would be careful about listening to people who tell you what YOU can't do..............

Billy Stohler well done. People say those things around me all the time in my market... closed 5 in the last month. Weird how that works huh?
