Hello everyone, my name is Ricardo.

I live in the inland empire, San Bernardino area. I am a civil engineer and I have been interested in real estate investing for as long as I can remember and it just never felt like it was time to get in for many factors but now I am ready and I don't want to put it off any longer.  

I purchased a home back in 2005 that I thought I'd rent out but I was inexperienced and didn't realize how over inflated properties were back then. I learned a hard lesson, and am better informed for it. I own two properties and I'd like to expand that number and begin with flipping properties to build capital.

im looking forward to working with any one  in the inland empire who can help guide me to areas that are prime for investing.
