The idea is the west and east side will effectively create and upside down U around the North side of Winston Salem connecting it to the main veins that run east to west on either side of the city.

U can see city directly across the street  Industrial already coming to the East major thoroughfare on the south border and East border .

Mexico has a lot of great architects and the quality of the construction in the higher-end of the market (in which foreigners and upper middle-class and wealthy Mexicans buy) is very good.

This could be middle aged couples looking to downsize, young adults looking to be mobile and save some cash - especially around this rental market in Denver- or people who may have been in some financial issues who are finding it hard to be approved to rent or get a loan, etc...
