Any home insurer listed in your local yellow pages directory should be able to give you a quote for a rental dwelling policy.  

So I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth my time and money to get my liscese, send out yellow letters to motivated sellers and then turn around and sell them to pre approved buyers.  

In addition to my direct mailing (approx 950 pieces, which I also designed...not yellow cards..I tried to be eye catching..think animals..this is animal loving Carmel), I am in the process of building a cash buyers list (no deal yet!!)...

(i am joking) I have not decided what marketing material i'll use (yellow letter, postcard) but from what it looks like it more important to make any move rather than stress over these details (at this stage in the game)Can anyone offer any other perks that I may have missed? 

Many in RE send out their first batch of yellow letters never get a call and move on...

Regarding yellow letters, ive read that you need to send out 2000 per month, but that costs $700 at .35¢ each.

@Ray Bailey You might want to try to buy a broker's data list and sending yellow letters instead of wholesaling properties from the MLS.
