Parking & access to an elevator can also be problematic for visitors and whether or not they allow pets.

The temporary/visitor parking they park temporarily in is used by  others and no one has got stuck there in 4 years.

COVID has had an impact, but overall here on HHI we are only down 10% on visitors.  

a friend's household is facing similar drama and ur post came up in a BP search.while attending college first thing i noticed with housing was that- Males were never allowed into Sororities, not even as visitors to the Sorority house, even just for study groups etc-Females were increasingly suing their way into being accepted into all-male Fraternities as residents sharing shower/bathroom etc with all those malesto the point now that Fraternities are functionally 'co-ed' even if they're otherwise all-male, yet Sororities remain uniformly no-males allowed not even to visit.

How often do you or your property manager stop by your rentals to check up on things? Or did the little odd jobs like change the filters or if paying utilities in a multi unit check for water leaks?

If a property does not take notice and does not get offers after 10 visitors, work on your listing price or incentives. 

I'm a frequent business visitor in Vegas and tired of hotels and airbnb.  

It draws about 3 million visitors annually, the 400,000 sq ft is full with waiting list and rents per sq ft into the 60's, and the developer is looking to buy more land buying it to add on more building and parking.    

We know there might be slight risk of an unwanted visitor, but its' never happend.
