My name is Karl Larusson from Jacksonville, FL.  I am 27 years old and currently work in sales for a medical supply and pharmaceutical wholesaler.  I have been interested in real estate investing for some time now but I have no idea where to begin or how to get started.  I am interested in wholesaling, flipping, and rentals.  What advice do you have for a newbie and how did you first get started in real estate?
