@Kyle Benham I would never fill out a “pre screening” form for a property I have not seen..... far too many reasons to NOT do this - topmost being privacy and scammers.

The main issues, that I can think of, would be less desirability since it is not a house, it would be in the back of the property next to an alley, privacy for myself and tenant, and parking sitiuation.
