The biggest obstacle to overcome by far, is not so much that you need to find clients (although believe me, that's also difficult and is a constant effort until you're able to rely on referrals from past clients), but the customers you interact with need to trust you with their largest asset as a seller, and for one of the largest purchases they will make in their lives as a buyer. 

This has become a very common issue globally I see.

Lemme get this straight: I have no control when I have a highly liquid, fungible, instrument bottomed on hundreds, if not thousands, of assets across a continental or even global geography, and many asset classes, and I can buy or sell at a moment's notice.I DO have lots of control, however,when I buy a single asset class in the form of an illiquid, unfungible, single asset class that is highly localized, and subject to the whim and caprice of economically ignorant people and those who cater to them.No.

The idea is to get something for your time and effort.

Pre-screening can lessen the number of unqualified applicants and lessen this issue, but when a landlord decides their process they usually choose whether to pre-screen or not based on their own needs and saving their own time and effort not for the benefit of the tenant/applicant.

Lawyers still have to think about the return on their effort which is why rich people get sued, not penniless people.I see others that are planning to do things that pierce the corporate veil.
