After careful consideration, we ultimately decided not to engage the services of the group in question. Our decision was influenced by several factors that emerged during the vetting process. Notably, upon request for references, the contacts provided were associated with Gmail accounts, despite purportedly representing corporate entities involved in real estate transactions. This inconsistency raised concerns about the veracity of their operations.

Furthermore, during a subsequent call with the group, my client expressed reservations about moving forward based on the discussion and the information presented. While I cannot conclusively comment on the legitimacy of their operations, several red flags became apparent to us. Additionally, the owner's offer to share a copy of his passport, intended as a gesture of transparency, inadvertently contributed to our apprehensions.

Given the paramount importance I place on maintaining the trust and security of my client relationships, I chose to err on the side of caution in this instance. However, I remain open to reconsidering this decision should future interactions by others with this group prove to be positive and successful. I would appreciate any feedback from those who may engage with them moving forward, as it could inform a potential reassessment on our end.
