By perpetuating the social stigma of being a "felon"; denying access to employment, denying access to housing..you do nothing but encourage recidivism..and continue the vicious cycle..which is exactly what your government and for-profit prison industrial complex wants. - A productive member of society who was once a court date away from being a convicted felon.

The cards make it easy to deny access to the property when rent isn't paid. 

Hopefully a simple 30 day "no reason given" notice is an option in your area (do NOT give a reason  - if you say it's because they were smoking & selling drugs they will only argue endlessly and deny it.

We have several Mh that have connected septic tanks that we have had a clearance letter for but the county is saying that the state will deny that and we need to bring it up to 2022 standards which means we can not have shared systems.

For example, if the policy does not cover flood damage and the claim is for flood damage, the insurance company may deny the claim.The insurance company may dispute the amount of damages claimed.

Question, My insurance company, Frontline is denying some costs.

Most places have denied coverage because i "lack experience" and have suggested i hire a GC (general contractor) who already holds a general liability policy.

However, insurance claims can be and are denied.

But, she has a history of denying fault (eg: noise with guests and smoking) so I want to approach it with caution.
