I live in Queens and sold a property in OH and did a 1031 into a property in Brooklyn.

I live in queens NY which is way overpriced and I’m looking to see what other areas in the northeast people are investing rental properties in.

I live in Elizabeth NJ and have been studying allot about real estate and wholesaling and I have some contracts I wanted to know if someone can go over for me to make sure I set up my contingencies clauses correct and what is in the contract is legal to do in the state of NJ before I start taking action and trying to get properties under contract.

I've done some light searching and found the Queen City REIA along with the Greater Cincinnati REIA as active local groups. 

All the beds are Queen or King.

Investing in Brooklyn and Queens is expensive, but I am starting where I live to build equity before I start looking in Atlanta.
