Help going over Property Wholesaling Contracts

Saymeen Turner

Good morning everyone my name is Saymeen and I'm new to Real Estate wholesaling. I live in Elizabeth NJ and have been studying allot about real estate and wholesaling and I have some contracts I wanted to know if someone can go over for me to make sure I set up my contingencies clauses correct and what is in the contract is legal to do in the state of NJ before I start taking action and trying to get properties under contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.
