Why did you travel across the entire U.S. to go to college? 

I’ve been shopping for SFH but realtors are either not sending what I ask for or they act like they really dont want to travel to the area Im interested in.

lots of travel and relocation, getting burned on projects, office politics, ect. 

Granted I have not begun to look, probably next week, I've been traveling a lot this week, 4 hours of driving a day cuts into what you can do.

As a new Real Estate agent and Investor I spend 6+ hours a day searching / traveling and touring potential investment properties.

My goal with this approach is to use lower living expenses to improve my day job cash flow and begin house hacking where market values are low enough for me to "start small".In the spirit of collaboration, I'd love to take this chance to share the latest draft of my emerging investment strategy for feedback.My "Why" and CF Goal:I love not working for someone else, and I'd love to travel without someone counting my days out of office.

Love to travel using points (been to 31+ countries) and multiple premium class productsLove to keep active; bouldering, snowboarding, martial arts, etc. 

In other words I'm coming across properties in my neighborhood and in my travels but I don't feel confident enough make offers or get them under contract but I let someone who is ready to know what I've uncovered.

None the less, I travel to the areas 1-3 hrs from where I live and look around a lot.Recommendations for Rural narrowed down to this:1) Find a major metro area with strong jobs and increasing population, and search up to 60 miles out.2) Find the most affordable region 60 miles out that has something special to offer in the path of progress.
