Is the location appealing to tourists?

A guy I know that does this in a tourist-y area gives long-term discounts over the off-season months, although we have skiing in winter, colors in fall, temperate summers, and colleges and other regular attractions so there's a strong mix of demand.

It's probably the hottest tourist area in town.

The area that I am located in has a fairly high volume of tourist that visit for vacations.

I am from the island I am there 70% of the year just set up an air bnb In a town la parguera. very touristic and hard to purchase area. if anyone is looking to invest anywhere on the island I am here to assist and help anyway I can.

It’s likely a market where multi’s are overpriced with minimal appreciation but a decade or two+ of tourist traffic supporting str’s.

I have a feeling the relative value of Delores is higher for a local than a tourist relative to other locations.

Salem always has a tourist draw that gets stronger as it gets into spring and summer and in October you can pretty much write your own ticket.
