I’m considering a buy and hold condo in the SOCO area.  What’s everyone’s thoughts with all the movement in this area and increasing traffic with all the events as well.  How do you see this area turn out in the years to come?  I welcome all thoughts!

The COA on my condo came down and shut down STRs, not a lot of complex in 78704 allow STR. You can have better luck with STR with Duplexs as there are lot of those in that area
