The people I bought from were tired of being landlords not tired of making money.

They are not from the same country, some from Cuba, some from Ecuador, some from Peru, yes they all speak Spanish but not sure if that's "homogeneous".The property is only a few blocks from State Road 7 US 441, and that street is very busy - public transportation, stores, strip malls etc...so I suspect many work there, in the restaurants, auto repair, tire kingdom, hub cap heaven, super markets, pet shops etc...

However, I have a lead who is selling a turnkey rental that they are just tired of owning.

You then have rent coming in when you decide to reno some of the more tired units. sounds really interesting.

Went back at around 3 and the place was packed.One thing I noticed on Black Friday is that the workers are all tired, stressed, and have been yelled at for their whole shift.

It's a strategy from 15 years ago and they are serving it back to the masses again because the market is hot and lots of people think they are gonna get rich on RE by employing those tired old techniques.

They both come with engines, tires, steering wheels, etc...
