For units with dishwashers, I provide a small bucket of dishwasher detergent pods with a warning not to use regular dish soap in the machines.

If it's all over the floor throughout the duplex then you can get a mop with a sctoch/brillow pad and just lightly buff the surface.It's worked for me on my rentals in past and I just use water with a couple drops of liquid dish soap

We do ask that they throw out any trash/ recycle, clean any dirty dishes or put them in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle, put all dirty towels in the laundry basket and turn off all ceiling fans and air conditioner.

We've ruled out a lot of homes simply by mapping with satellite feature and seeing what's around (quarry starting next street over, huge power lines, beautiful view of industrial complex, etc.)

One uses satellite photos while the other uses vehicles with cameras mounted on the roof (I saw one here in Denver) to photograph every street in 360 degrees.

During this time, she wasn't able to use or park in the garage, use the kitchen to cook ( she ate out for 3 weeks except for some microwave dishes) since there was no water in the kitchen and it smelled really bad, and there were a bunch of construction guys coming in and out, and the place was just a mess from different crews leaving junk behind after the day was over. 

Got Excede satellite Internet at the ranch so we're now connected while staying out here.

Plus that open cabinet concept only works for very neat people with good looking dishes, may not be good for rental?
