I know how much of a pain it can be navigating these arbitrary bank rules. 

When I floated the idea of buying it from them myself, they said they were open to it if that's what I wanted to do and gave me time to think about it.

While I enjoy the hustle of real estate sales, my true goal is building a legacy for my family and helping others do the same.

I think it's worth it.

Sometimes it can take longer to place a *qualified* tenant into these properties as well so your vacancy can be a bit higher. 

If you’re looking to invest locally, it helps to network with as many people in the industry as you can.

We get an extra 3 deals a month from it.

Now I want to be an investor myself, so working at a firm with its niche market in working with Investors to help them get their property is a perfect way to continue my work on my skills in sales and marketing while also building a circle with people who I want to be in the future!
