I am currently an investment real estate agent in the Middle Tennessee area, especially around Nashville! Now I want to be an investor myself, so working at a firm with its niche market in working with Investors to help them get their property is a perfect way to continue my work on my skills in sales and marketing while also building a circle with people who I want to be in the future!

Now, for my fellow investors that have agents working for them on acquiring properties for y'all, what are some key tips or things that you would love to see us agents improve more upon or see us do better at when working with you guys? I want to be the best agent I can be for you all, so I would love to hear your perspective and view on y'alls experience with being with an agent!
