What I feel is happening is that Craigslist is where people start their search for homes but not where they actually respond to schedule an appointment.

I read that I need to file and affidavit, petition, non-military affidavit, and motion for appointment of special process server. 

I got a certificate of title from the county recorder and there is a snipet in there with the following dates & year associated with the filing: 2016                       " xxx Association appoints YYY Law & Associates as their attoneys-in-fact and proceeds to foreclose document no.12033433" 2017                        " ZZZ Mortgage appoints ABC & Associates as their attorney-in-fact and proceeds to foreclose doc 34243433"Here's my question:  1) How can I find out if there's a lien from the association and how much is it? 

I have also been looking for someone to go on appointments with our leads on our behalf and negotiate the purchase price for us & secondarily go for the listing if they don't accept our offer.Please let me know if you know anybody who would be interested in working with me or if you'd like to work with me yourself. 

Alex, I am new at the wholesaling game as well, but from what I have have learned you always want to speak with them to qualify them and if everything sounds good you make a appointment to see the house.

They have to deal with numerous junk calls before they even get decent leads to schedule appointments with.

If one was logged on my account he/she could set up an "appointment" for any house in the MLS and gain the access code.
