I found this article on [REMOVED] explaining the four steps of wholesaling. Although it seems pretty legit, I had to post and get feedback.

[COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL REMOVED. POSTER IS DESCRIBING WHOLESALING]

Yay? nay? All opinions are welcomed

When I was in college I had a professor who I loved, who taught business. He stood up in front of the class, looked at some of the guys we all just knew were going to be Enron-style executives, and said these words which have never left my head:

"In the long run, bears will make money. In the long run, bulls will make money. In the short run, pigs might make a lot more money, but in the long run? Pigs get slaughtered."

Why screw over a wholesaler who can bring you profitable deals for possibly years to come for one deal? You might make a few more dollars in the short term, but you're shooting yourself in the foot long term.
