There are SO many great books that can teach you so many things about REI, as well as the BP blog and here at the BP forum. 

@Wei WangYou may want to consider the land trust trick described here, but make sure to consult a local attorney.Also, there's this BP blog post discussing the LLC issue and this old discussion thread.

@Daniel A Blecha I would read the ABC’s of Real Estate Investong by Ken McElroy or just begin digging through the BP blog.

My question is this:What books, blog posts (on BP or not), forum threads do you all know of that would be a good way to really get her up to speed on how REI works?
