Going North there is NEREIA in Chelmsford, a couple meetings on the North Shore, a great quarterly meetup that was tonight and some stuff in NH.

I suspect based on the neighborhood, maybe the lawns just go unwatered, and the tenants must use an automated car wash, or one of those places where you feed in quarters to get soap an water.

My current home has views of uptown and I also have a quarter acre lot and am in walking distance to the NFL stadium, NBA arena, new minor league baseball stadium and a host of restaurants the theater, and museums.Seversville is the adjacent neighborhood where we are building 6 new bungalow homes.

Perhaps if you are buying junk properties with iffy tenants that are a constant hassle in scary areas you could find a few in some states.In the State I live a landlord would be VERY lucky to get a quarter of 1%.
