Hi All,

I wanted to send out a quick hello and introduce myself to the community!

Currently residing in Boston MA, where I work in sales at a software startup company called Acquia.  \

Using the money I've saved, I'm looking to get into some buy and hold investments in any city.  Boston is somewhat difficult to break into as the cost barrier makes it a non-starter.

Currently looking to partner with anyone in the Milwaukee or Baltimore area who can help me get started!  Ideally, multiple $30k-$50k cash buys that can yield $700+ a month in rent.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to working with all of you!

-Matt

Milwaukee is the latest fad because it was just featured in a podcast.  :)
