Needless to say, I don't even have my first deal yet, but I'm already hooked.

For what it's worth I don't think PMs want to turn the units over needlessly.  

Needless to say, I do not want to get involved.I'm looking for a 30 Day notice letter, but I want to spin it in a way that says I am doing so to renovate the unit (I am.) and sound the least bit adversarial as possible.If anybody has anything, let me know!

I bought a first and someone bought the second 30 days before me and rehabbed the whole house only to lose it to us.We found out it was rehabbed when we went to secure it and the owner showed up to put appliances in.. needless to say sad day for them.But in our area you hand over your check you own it.. no putting the genie back in the bottle even if we wanted to unwind we could not.

Needless to say, her vehicle was totaled and the bottom two units of the fourplex needed to have their carpets restored/replaced (in addition to other forms of cleaning in these units).

Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with his answer (or lack thereof).

Needless to say she'll be very busy. 

Needless to say, I am canceling and getting a refund.
