Need funding options for very nice mobile on leased land

I am trying to find out what reasonable funding options exist for this property. Located just north of denver, CO. 2003 Champion mobile home in a community on leased land and vacant. In very good condition. I just sold my house for $445k - downsizing.

It looks just like a stick built house in a sub-division and it is on a foundation with 2 car attached garage. Purged title. Appraised 180,000 they are asking $161k because of the funding difficulties. I have 10k down and excellent credit. Got a loan approval through 21st mortgage for 9% and 4.75% origination fee. Needless to say I won't do that. I hoping folks here have some ideas or others funding sources.
