I will update this thread every month or so for learning and tracking purposes.I am sending handwritten, yellow letters, to in- and out-of state absentee owners in a single zip code.

From what I have read you are on the right track, I have heard that using yellow lined paper and a "handwritten" font on your letters as well as handwriting the addresses on the envelopes also helps increase the probability of  a response.  

I am marketing to tax delinquent properties using Yellow Letters.  

Good evening all, I got a response from a yellow letter I sent out last week, and need some advice.

In the past, I've done yellow letters, but I'm not inclined to use that approach with these folks.

I already have a contractor and would like to add another but I was wondering if there are other methods in acquiring good contacts besides the yellow pages/internet.

I don't want you to fall into any easy yellow brick road tricks.

But I just sent yellow cards to S Warren and most people wanted high prices since they were making great returns.
