Driving for Dollars - The Follow-up
Hello Fellow Wholesalers!
Ive got a question on the "Post-Process" for driving for dollars.
I drove around today and found multiple unkempt homes that were merit to chase as a potential abandoned home. Ive researched on my local property search records at my county website and have found the owner info (missing phone numbers).
In your experience, where do you go from there? I tried looking up more owner info but the best I can come up with is mailing address.
Do you simply mail a postcard to see If they are interested in selling their home?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Cheers!

Driving for dollars is a numbers game. I would mail them, but not just once. Add them to a list and mail them at least a few times over the course of a couple months. You could talk to the neighbors or run a skip trace to try to get more information. But I don't think one individual lead is worth that much time and effort.
