With raw land, there are only a few questions that you can ask

Size of land, zoning, any known contamination? topography (slope), trees, mineral rights?

Current usage if any?  Access to utilities?  any easments?  Convenants and restrictions?

The rest is just negotiations on price

To your success

Josh
