SFR now zoned retail
Good evening all, I got a response from a yellow letter I sent out last week, and need some advice.
I sent a letter to the owner of two homes in Waxahachie Tx, his response was that he is not interested in selling at this time but that he would sell a 3rd property he owns down the street. This other property is a 1600sqft home built in 1925 that has now been zoned retail. My questions are these:
Can a you live in "zoned retail" home? Who should I be marketing this property to? What information do I need from the owner to relay to potential buyers? What else am I missing?
Thanks ahead of time, I am new to this still.
