Nobody wants to fiddle with a DVD player or flip stations.

I’m stationed in CA and currently deployed for a bit longer here, but my goal is to BRRRR at least 6 properties within the next year.

A commercial property may warrant it, eg you own a gas station...

You could buy a single family home and rent they rooms (roommates) to people you are stationed with. 

Most roads appeared to be cleared and there was a lot of traffic with long lines at the few open gas stations, particularly in Fort Myers.

I am a 2LT, active duty MSC Officer in the Army at my first duty station here in Alaska.

there are controversial subject matter just like marching Clayton Morris on a pod cast or touting wholesaling  some like it some don't  .. but we do all have to remember many many folks on this station their sole purpose in our industry  is to get the absolute best deal they can for themselves with no regard to anything but their criteria or needs or wants.. 

If you can find any multi-family properties near an "L" station it's naturally going to appreciate over time. 

We were literally at a gas station in Florida when our phones started dinging left & right with booking requests. 

The additional cost to mount the outside receptacle was $50 from my licensed electrician.I still need to purchase the charging station that will be on an outdoor post.
