Looking for Military Investors with Experience in House Hacking

Hi, my name is RJ and I am a recently commissioned active duty officer in the Army. My training begins in January 2023 and I have been reading a lot about real estate investing. I would like to invest during my time in the Army, but before I begin I want to gather as much information as I can. More specifically I want to gather information on a unique real estate investing technique called military house hacking, or using a VA loan to invest in real estate. While I PCS throughout my career I feel this will be a great way to generate income for me and for my family. I am looking for anyone who has experience in this field as I would love to build relationships and learn more!

@Rj Janeczek  scroll through the bigger pockets rookie podcast, there was a guy on there late last year or early this year who did exactly what your talking about. You could listen to the podcast, then look in the show notes for his email to contact him.
