Understand, when you are trying to buy your first rental, from 1,500 miles away you need all the support you ca get, no one was supporting me except for my wife.

With the number of apartments increasing there was a huge necessity to use a platform that could better support my strategy and helps in organizing the workload.

I recommend identifying a strategy for your real estate investments first and make sure the market you choose supports this strategy.

They won't get rent to support that investment in that neighborhood and won't have created the equity they need to even break even because properties in that area aren't worth as much because its a TERRIBLE neighborhood.

The interest rates are too high to support this unless one of those local markets has a little extra inventory.
