No chipping and peeling paint!

It looks like you have orange peel or stucco walls, and no one is going to see that once it's touched up.

Maybe to attract the Fixer crowd.In pic one I could probably get some good renters for it in this way in a B+ neighborhood.In pic 2 (with the peeling paint fixed) I can picture the typical renter for it in a C area.

If you have 12 SF homes it is easier to peel one off and sell it for cash than hoping you can do a cash-out refi on a 12-unit apt. 

Most FHA issues are really silly like peeling paint, etc.

Any mask talk and they will  be out.

Bring: three spare bolt lock sets, crowbar, tool kit, cell phone fully charged, camera, lots of cardboard boxes and used bubble wrap that you glean from some furniture store that throws those out, pickup truck, gloves, apron, masks, and febreeze. 

The wallpaper was removed because it was peeling and most people who saw it requested it to be removed. 

You could end up with paint splatters all over your flooring, trim, cabinets, and fixtures, a mess for edging around the ceilings and trim, peeling paint where the trim wasn't adequately sanded or deglossed, poor uneven wall texture if repairs are not made and sanded, and/or nicotine bleeding through the new paint, etc..

Also no  would deal with someone who is masking their number.
