Hello Everyone,I've been fascinated with the real estate industry for over 35 years but always cautious  and afraid of getting in over my head.  

I, too find this part of the financial world fascinating! 

I am 22 years old and a senior college student at SMSU majoring in biology medical lab science.

There is plenty of highly promising/almost magical real estate investing ideas out there for beginner like me, but I tend to be very weary of things that appear too good to be true (science background here, I've been trained to be skeptical).
