Hello everyone. My name is Fitzroy and I live in Queens, NYC. I am a middle school science teacher with NYC. I currently have no experience in real estate investing except for the fact that I rent one unit of my two family home. I have explored real estate investing a couple of times by attending seminars put on by various "gurus". I actually found this site while researching the Flipping Formula Workshop. I have attended a couple of these free workshops and most of the comments I read are true of the experiences I have had. I am hoping that I will learn something through this medium that I can use to successfully enter the world of real estate investing.  Peace.
