Looking to grow

I am a recent real estate entrepreneur in California who is looking to wholesale (first). flip real estate (second). and buy and hold (third)  I have been involved for the last couple of years, mostly as a lender (but with limited funding).  I wish to do more deals and am looking for a reliable source of funding so that I can make larger offers for real estate with bigger profit margins. I continue to learn all the time and find this particular part of the financial world intriquing, exciting and rewarding.
