Hi all, I've been having a hard time finding a landlord policy that will insure a condo and a property with a loss history.

My 24 yr old daughter works in our office and manages our rental properties. 

It's worth around $450k & I'm not sure how long it'll take to sell in the current market.Our immediate family (my wife, her dad, out daughter & I) are very handy and have experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc, so we are anticipating being the general contractor and subbing out only those things we cannot do ourselves.We have several STRs, but no motels.

I listed my home for rent and after 30+ days of reviews and home tours signed a lease on 3/30 with an individual who met my preferences for financial/credit history but could not move in until end of May.

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

OK here is my situation, I'm 26 years old with $90k I'm willing to start investing in real estate with, I have zero debt and near perfect credit history and not much liabilities in life at this point......no house, still single, no kids etc.

Oftentimes houses with existing STR history that are sold as "turnkey STRs" are sold at a premium purchase price due to this.
