Am I misssing a key area(I heard Lehi, UT and South Bend, IN) but they seemed to have lot of rental inventory.

I am researching South Bend IN and was wondering if any investors with properties there can comment on your experience with that market.

Does anyone have recommendations for reasonably priced, reliable, and prompt contractors in the South Bend, Indiana area?

I am currently in the South Bend Indiana area and I look forward to meeting many of you on this website and in South Bend.

Bend is close to that bad I do property management here in Central Oregon and I just don’t how normal working folks get by with these rents.  

Hello Fellow Midwest Investors,I’ve been analyzing deals in South Bend market and think I’m ready to make some offers on a few properties.

The catch here is that you actually have to bend over to see it.Then the re-inspection date comes and we get another fail because the drain pipe on the pressure relief valve on the HW tank is apparently missing.

Bend is such a great town - very cool to hear you own investments there.

If requiring a social to run background/credit (which you should) don't start bending the rules to allow people to do what "they" prefer.
