Investor in Corpus Christi, TX
Hello all,
I'm Brian Banks, full time investor in Corpus Christi, TX. I bought my first investment property in Mountain Home, ID in 2006. I picked up 2 for the price of one, subdivided the property and have held them as rentals with a positive cash flow of $1600 per month. In 2012 I bought a place in Boise, ID. for myself, I did some very minor cosmetics while I lived there, and I sold less than 2 years later for a $20,000.00 profit. I moved to Corpus Christi, TX. in 2014 and have recently decided to pursue investing as a full time career in this area. I am looking for Cash buyers who are interested in buying wholesale. I have a good handle on the market in this area and I know the better neighborhoods. I am also always looking for great people to build a team with. I'm energetic and hardworking but am moving away from the DIY mentality. My time is better spent making deals and I have discovered that I am talented in that arena.
