South Bend Property Management

Hello Fellow Midwest Investors,

I’ve been analyzing deals in South Bend market and think I’m ready to make some offers on a few properties. Does anyone have any recommendations on property managers in the area. Can you comment on the expected rates as well? Are they 5-7% in this market with the higher rate for C class type properties? We’ve had bad experiences with 2 different property management companies in Chicago and know that the PM is the most important piece for remote landlords. Finally on the 3rd try we found a good one. It would be nice to get a good PM from the start if possible as we branch into new markets…
