The market your looking at or at least that property is not a fast mover.

I myself, don't feel comfortable in Tacoma by myself in some residential areas except maybe north tacoma which is high priced.

Also there are a few BP members who put on some pretty awesome FREE meet ups (Naomi Pinger has one in Olympia, Kevin Carbon in Lakewood/Tacoma, Tarl Yarber hosts quite a few events up north).Search BP & meetup.com and you will find them.

I'm also a newbie. but I just bought my first duplex in downtown Tacoma three months ago and already have three months of solid rent. the rents are significantly higher than what the appraiser estimated.

Hello BP members,Just wondering if there are going to be any events this month and, if so, where they are going to be at (Seattle, Kent, Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lacey, Olympia, Centralia, etc.)?

Cannot find the seller(who was my home mover) or who he had bought it from only a week before.

I live/own in Seattle and have 1 multi-family rental property (with a business partner) in Tacoma and a short-term rental/vacation property up north.

Industrial is getting eaten up by the marijuana industry, but look at stuff Federal Way-Kent-Tacoma there's some interesting things starting to happen with Tech pushing things out, and if the new SODO arena gets approved, we'll lose an even greater swath of industrial.
