Motivated newbie in the Seattle area

Hello, My names Ryan from the Seattle area. I call myself a semi newbie because I did flip couple homes before and became an accidental landlord when the market turned. Definitely learned from my mistakes but I'm ready to get back in the game again.

I currently work for a bank and would love to meet people who might need financing with purchasing or refinancing 1-4 unit homes or multi families (commercial). My bank is a portfolio lender,PM me if you want more information.

I went and get also my Real Estate license to get more involve with RE, mainly just helping friends and family to avoid conflict with my full time job but I'm hoping that I would be able to quit my job and do RE investing full time in the near future.

I am hoping to meet mentors, partners, network with different people in different industries involving RE and learn from BP community. Since I have a realtor license I can help someone run comps or even check properties in my area and all I ask is to be taught and mentored because I sure don't wanna make stupid mistakes again, I'm also willing to work as a partner if its the right fit.
