Hello BP Forum, Long term listener of the podcast and avid user of the many great resources here at BP! I'm an industrial broker with C&W and having spent most of my career in Denver, CO my wife and I have moved back to our home state of Washington (Seattle). We where homeowners in Denver and are again with our new home in Seattle. Just before making the move to Seattle we were getting ready to make our move into ownership with our first investment property, a project put on hold with the move. Now that we're settled in our new city we are back out looking to make the jump into ownership. Glad to be a part or the BP community and looking forward it's a continued value! Thanks!
