My $40 black Friday special of a microwave outlasted a Chevy Cruze, water heater and a wash machine.

What if I leave from my own house to buy a used washing machine from craigslist, is that business?

They wash nice, dry nice and are pretty easy care.

Or even if water pooled often enough on the countertop from washing hands, faces, etc, and the back of the vanity wasn't sealed, it could leak down that way too.

Most of my tenants just lay a mattress on the floor to sleep and they do stupid stuff like wash their clothes in the bath tub instead of the local laundry mat so there’s really no point in offering amenities or wasting profits on nice finishes  to my clientele.

That 8% could easily get washed away if this market slows down much more.

You'll also need a place to store/park the fleet and cleaning areas, I have never seen a food cart/trailer at a car wash!

Depending on the level of soot that is in the house, this may mean simply washing the walls or to demo down to the studs to remediate the soot.
