In this market, the landlord might settle for a couple of months rent and not having to do the eviction, knowing he is going to lose her one way or the other.Point out that she saves her credit by doing so, and saves herself a trip to court, where she will be ordered by the judge to pay for the balance of teh lease.Just more deterioration of our society.
