The well off are taking evictions! Beware!

I have a well off acquaintance who makes well over $120K and she just recently moved into a rental home from another previous rental since her kid wanted to move in with her.
Her kid moved out suddenly and she has just decided to not pay rent anymore. She has been asking me how she can get evicted so she can get a rental just for her. She wants something nicer, not as big, and downtown. She knows there are better deals out there. This is so messed up and pisses me off! She is taking advantage of the economy and screwing a fellow landlord/rental owner.
She has a rental out of state herself. She does not care if this eviction hits her credit because she just does not want this rental she has been in for only two months!

Beware! There are messed up disrespectful people out there!
Some landlord is gonna think they found a good rich tenant when she is actually a horrible person for doing this.
The new landlord will never know.
I am not helping her and I wish I could stop her from doing this. I just do not want to get in the middle of it!
